Directions for application:

To apply a Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer onto a t-shirt, follow these step-by-step instructions to ensure a successful and vibrant design application:

• Prepare your surface: Ensure your surface is clean and free of dust or debris. Set up your heat press machine, and make sure it's preheated to around (150-160°C), depending on the specific DTF transfer instructions.
• Prepare the T-Shirt: Lay the t-shirt flat on the heat press platen. Make sure it’s smooth and free of wrinkles or moisture by pre-pressing it for about 5 seconds without the transfer sheet. This step also helps remove any lint or impurities.
• Position the DTF Transfer: Carefully place the DTF transfer sheet with the printed side facing down onto the desired area of the t-shirt. Use heat-resistant tape if necessary to secure the transfer in place.
• Apply the Transfer: Lower the heat press onto the transfer and apply medium pressure. Typically, press for 10-15 seconds, but always refer to the specific time recommendations provided with your DTF transfer, as these can vary.
• Cool and Peel: Once the pressing time is complete, lift the heat press and allow the transfer to cool to a lukewarm temperature. Gently peel the transfer film away from the t-shirt. If the transfer does not separate easily or cleanly, reapply heat for a few more seconds.
• Final Press (Optional): For extra durability, you may perform a final press without the transfer sheet for another 5-10 seconds using a silicone sheet or parchment paper over the design.

By following these steps, you can achieve a professional-grade t-shirt with a vibrant, long-lasting DTF design. 

Garment Care Instructions

• Allow 24 hours after pressing before washing, as the print continues to set into the fabric for up to three days.
• Wash and dry the garment inside out.
• Select a gentle cycle with cold to cool water; avoid hot washing.
• Use a pH-neutral detergent, such as KOH.
• Steer clear of harsh chemicals, including bleach and fabric softeners.
• Refrain from dry cleaning the garment.
• Air dry the garment instead of using a tumble dryer.
• Keep the garment out of direct sunlight while drying.
• Avoid ironing the print directly; instead, iron the garment inside out on a low heat setting.
• Prevent excessive heat from contacting the print.
• Some garments may require hand washing.

Please note that a heat press mark may appear on the garment after fitting; however, it will fade after a few washes.
